Patterns for knitting and crochet project tote bags

A craft project organiser bag with pockets is high on the wish list of so many of us knit and crochet creators.   And a versatile design that is compact and understated and customisable sewing pattern to suit your crafting tools, oh my!  This sewing pattern design has been styled with creatives in mind, from bag accessories wish lists.

If you love to knit at your local coffee shop, on holiday and at home – this bag sewing pattern doesn’t look to ‘crafty’ from the outside, if you know what I mean.  But inside it has all those lovely organiser bits, lots of pockets and space for yarn, and loops for scissors and markers and yarn guide loop.

Creators will understand that feeling of pockets and order that bring a sense of calm.  Neat rows, tidy knitting needles and crochet hooks.  It just feels so good.

Hebe Knitting & Crochet Bags With Pockets

Knit and crochet with the Hebe design bag by your side.  This pattern comes with a small and large size.  The small tote bag takes four 50g balls of wool along the bottom.  And a small project on top.  The full length of the bag is designed with a long pocket, and then you can decide how many sections, you would like.  How wide each pocket is can be decided by you, to suit your tools.  The pattern piece has tailors tack grid.  Very easily, you can lay the pattern piece down, place your on top to decide how wide you want the pockets to be.

By placing the needle pockets in the middle between the handles, the bag drawstring naturally ruches around, allowing the needles to remain vertical.

There is a loop for your scissors.  Long enough so you can use it without taking if off.  And easy to find.  No getting lost at the bottom of the bag.  Each pocket is lined, the matching lining feels so lovely.  Easier to sew, and with a more professional finish.

MULTI-USE CRAFT BAG

Multi-use bag for crafts, knitting and crochet tote.  A crafts bag to use at home, for storage and also turned down to be used as a basket.  And grab and go for crochet on the go, train, coffee shop, lunch break.  And perfect tote for when you head off on holiday.

Designed with pockets on the inside of the bag, avoiding the accidental dropping out of any treasured essentials as well as looking more like a fashion accessory that fits your crafts essentials beautifully.  The drawstring closure keeps everything safe inside too.

No zips or metal clasps on the bag, to avoid yarn getting snagged up when the bag is used as a project basket.  The drawstring can be closed when knitting or crocheting, just a little gap is naturally left in the middle to allow the wool to be pulled out, without the ball rolling across the floor.  There is also a yarn feed loop if you prefer.

The scissors loop is really handy too, as well as hanging the knitting markers and holders.  More rings can be hung from the side loops inside the bag.  Organisers bliss.
